Tami,

I drink alot of stright water, as well as decaf coffee, usually more than

100oz a day. WW recommends you drink between 6-8 glass a day (48-64oz a

day) no matter what weight you are.

I've been on WW for over 2yrs and have finished my weight loss and

maintained it. I never drank the water to do this. Now, I seem to be going

up a little bit (only by a couple of pounds) but I started drinking the

water this week. Is it true that you are to drink your body weight divided

by 2 in oz? Is this the minimum?

Now, if I drink more what will happen? Is it better or will I just end up in

the bathroom a lot more? What exactly does the water do to help you lose

weight? Is it just because it fills you up or is there more to it than that?

Your help is appreciated.
