Guest guest
Thanks for the information......Just another reason for me to stay with the raw and/or organic (hormone and antibiotic free) milk! Guest guest
Good point for me to look in to. I do not know fully know what the article meant by, "thanks to the practice among dairy farmers of keeping dairy cattle pregnant most of the time." Does it mean they do this by constantly breeding them so they are pregnant the 'majority of the time' or does it mean they are utilizing other hormones to have their bodies 'think' they are pregnant?. I just might call the raw milk company I purchase from to see what they have to say. I would think it would go against their practice to ensure their cattle 'are pregnant most of the time' (which would be unnatural and would seem to go against what they are standing for---no hormones, grass fed, no antibiotics, etc); however, on the other hand, one can never be too sure! **************************************See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop00030000000004)
Guest guest
Hi, , Didn't you recently have a D & C before starting the norethindrone? If so, you probably didn't have a lot of lining to shed. Further, if you continue to take it monthly, your withdrawal belled will probably be even lighter. That was my experience. Guest guest
I did call my doc and her response was, " Just stay with it. It will work. " It did. Val From: rhythmicliving [mailto:rhythmicliving ] On Behalf Of menomama I didn't have a D & C. I'm kind of surprised the Dr. didn't order one for me. If I still have another light period, I'll have to call the Dr. I think I may anyway. Val said it took three mos. for her P to kick in and give her a heavy bleed. I think I should let the Dr. know and see what she thinks.
Guest guest
Hi Val, Dr. G. also said to wait for another three mos. before taking the P, which I'm not going to do. I don't want to get thicker. I think I'm going to keep with monthly progestin as my Dr. has recommended. I just put in a call to my ObGyn just to make sure about what she wants me to do. Thanks, > > > > I did call my doc and her response was, " Just stay with it. It > will work. " > > It did. >
