Chest pain (just stress or more)

Hi all,Can stress really be a a factor for causing chest pain, also I have so much secretions going down my throat from my Sinus's as they are so full of debris and blood I also have a been sick every night for past month which can have blood stained muck in it, My peakflow was 550 and now its gone down to 150-250 I currently have really bad head ache at present feels like sinus are playing up.I am very stressed in work due to festive season starting snow not much but very cold here its -3 already.My medications are:Nasonex nasal spray,Cetizine 10mg in morningSymbicort turbo inhalor 220 two puff morning and evening,Ventolin when required,Singluar 10mg at nightDoseulpin 75mg one at night, Should I see my Gp currently taken Clairthroymcin (not sure of spelling) chest pain is currently getting worst.I have taken my Ventolin 4 times already today, what should I do ride it out ????From Miss Donna-marie rachel Griffiths UK south wales
