Guest guest
Great job! It's always nice to see improvement too!!! I made myself workout last night. Almost skipped it but squeeezd in 25 minutes of Cathe's Pyramid Lower Body and then took one of the big dogs to an agility class. It's been almost 2 months since her and I have gotten to train and oh how much fun we had!!!! For me I get the same adrenline rush doing agility as I do with my Taebo tapes so it is always a lot of fun! Guest guest
Charlotte -- Your weather sounds like our weather! I live in Brownsville ... deep South Texas. It's the southern-most part of the state. We have a few days that are cold enough for jackets, then a week or two of warm weather. I think we about 1 month of winter each year, not all at once, LOL! If we did have snow, I would send you some =) BTW, I did the new Strength workout today. I know I need to do the Foundation for a while to work on form but want to burn the calories! I did enjoy the workout and only had a two segments that I had to march thru. -darlene- > Twenty three minutes. I wish it would snow here. But the weather has > been up and down and up and down. Guest guest
Twenty-three minutes today. I actually started with a yoga tape, and then I realized about 5 minutes into it, I'm not flexible enough for this, so I moved the yoga tape back into rotation (way far back) and went to do a kickboxing workout that was about 75% of what basic Tae-bo is. I feel fine now, so I'll kick it up another minute tomorrow, and so on, until I am at the 30 minute mark. Most of the Beginner tapes will fall into that range, so I'll begin doing them in the rotation, again. I'm beginning to see the value of having a more intense workout spaced with a less intense one and then a more intense one. I find I do better on the second intense day if I"ve had a day of "rest" (a less intense tape).
