I'm starting out the morning by working out to " The Firm " for the first time. Hopefully Taebo kind of prepared me for it because I watched one of the workouts and it sure looks painful. Lots of lunges and squats. I'm planning to somehow mix the Firm with Taebo during the week. , you're right about the holidays. Too much good food! The same thing happened to me with losing the level of motivation that I had at one point and boy did I pay for it! I gained alot of my weight back. But just look at the new year as a chance to start fresh and work hard. I had to make a list as to why I have to keep up the workouts and eat right. That helped.
