Guest guest
> Team Tae Bo Instructors are a Special Breed. Instructors are willing to help > other instructors!! Fabulous!! Stacey, Welcome to the group You're right...Being a part of Team Tae Bo is definitely something special! And this list is really amazing as well! I've been a member of this list since it started...how many years ago was that? LOL It's been awhile and it's cool that it is still striving and that the love for Tae Bo is still going strong I'm looking forward to meeting you at QVC! Are you currently teaching in Philly? I think Mikel teaches on Saturday mornings somewhere doesn't he? Maybe we could pick a date and have a Tae Bo get together in Philly? That would be a lot of fun! Or maybe you teach somewhere on the weekends? You all are welcome to come to VA for a workout as well, but I think more of you are in the Philly area..or can get to Philly a little easier than VA..LOL! Jen and I are going to KY next weekend to workout with and Shellie. They are doing a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls club and (a Tae Bo Instructor in KY) is organizing it! We'll let you know how it goes On a side note...those of you who haven't gotten the new videos yet, I bet QVC is going to have a GREAT deal on them when is there in March. They are already cheap....I think they are 29.95 for the set, aren't they? So, they will be even cheaper than that on QVC! So, those of you who haven't gotten them yet, might want to tune in to QVC on the 31st to see what kind of deal you can get Have a great weekend everyone
Guest guest
Hello and Fellow Tae Boers: Yes, I'm looking forward to meeting you and other Insturctors, Students, folks on the list QVC will be a blast!! The only days I don't teach right now are Tuesdays and Fridays. On those days, I try and either take Mikel's class or workout. I also run another business, so I put in time doing that also Mikel and I both teach on Saturdays at the same time. When I started a new class at a new club, he was there helping me. He started a new class, I participated. We did a Tae Bo Demonstration together yesterday, it turned out great. The folks responded well. We did a mini sparring session. During the #6 Kick, Mikel sat in a chair next to me while I did the kick. A few of the folks gasped. One young lady told me she thought I was going to kick him in the face We also did a Radio Interview. Fun Day!! The weekend during the QVC taping, NBC10 is having their Fitfest. Mikel and I are working to make sure our demonstrationis tight!! We also have another great instructor, Jenn, in Pennsylvania. WE are looking forward to rocking Philadelphia. If you are hanging around that weekend, would you be able to come?? It would be awesome!! I'll speak to Mikel today and ask him about taking a trip to the VA!! Since I have a son and brother in DC, it won't be a problem for me. I have been asked to come do workshops in Delaware, New Jersey, New York. I wish I could be in KY, but I will be in OKC the same weekend. I guess I will have to wait until QVC. I will be taking the 31st off. We can spend the day eating Tae Boing, etc. I'm pumped!! I'm off to teach a class!! Talk to you again. Stacey TaeBoDeeva > > > Team Tae Bo Instructors are a Special Breed. Instructors are > willing to help > > other instructors!! Guest guest
Right now Jerry; NBC10 told me we possibly could be doing a Demonstration and Class/Workshop. I won't know until they send me the final confirmation. As soon as I find out, I will let you know. Stacey TaeboDeeva > , > > I'm going to do my best to make it up for FitFest on April 3-4, I have a question, will there be an actual TaeBo class that I can take, or is it just a demonstration?? > > Any info you could provide would be great. > > How'd yesterday go?? > > Take care, > > Jerry

Guest guest
> We did a > mini sparring session. During the #6 Kick, Mikel sat in a chair next > to me while I did the kick. Your demonstration sounds fun! So, were you kicking over him? Or were you kicking right in front of his face and showing control by not kicking him? LOL Glad you had fun with your demonstration! > If you are hanging around > that weekend, would you be able to come?? It would be awesome!! Unfortunately, I'll be heading back to VA right after the 6pm workout! Gotta get back to work..LOL! Actually, my work doesn't know I'm taking off on the 31st yet, but they'll have to deal with it...LOL! Hey, when do you teach on Wednesdays? Do you happen to teach on Wednesday morning? If so, mabye we could come take your class Wednesday! Maybe we can organize a Tae Bo get together in the upcoming months on a Saturday and we could all come take one of yours (or Mikel's) classes. Then we could all get lunch somewhere afterwards! It's always fun to get together with other Tae Bo enthusiasts. We used to have MD lunches every few months and it was always fun! I'd love it if you could come take a class sometime in VA! Jen has been coming to my classes on Saturday's for the past month or so and it's always so much more fun to have those people who really love TAE BO in class!
