Guest guest
I am going to send it in this weekend, why should I keep quiet about all of the benefits that I have received from TaeBo, if my story can be read by just one person who may be on the fence about trying TaeBo, and they decide to go for it, how special would that be!! Guest guest
hi jerry! wow, i loved reading your story! thankyou for sharing it with us. taebo helped to pull me from the clutches of post-partum depression and continues, along with exercise in general, to make me feel better in a countless number of ways. i do think that you should send your story to shellie. if they dont pick you for some sort of advertising, i still think that it is important the billy and shellie know what they have done to help you. after all, billy is always saying in his workouts to take 'lose weight' and 'put it last'. weight loss is not the most important thing to them. working from the inside out is what is important... billy tells us this all of the time. taebo is so much more than a workout. yes it is sad that weight loss seems to be the most important thing to those who market fitness products and produce infomercials, etc. it is sad that weight loss alone makes people buy these products... but i think that a testimonial such as yours is very important because if beginners work out with billy and shellie long enough, especially to their older and (in my opinion) more motivating workouts, they will realize sooner or later that there are many aspects to fitness beside the physical. anyway, i think that you should, at the least, email shellie and tell her your story. i am sure that your story, and the stories of others, motivate billy and shellie and julieann and the rest of the crew to keep making workouts so that everyone who does them can have the opportunity to get fit physically, emotionally and spiritually. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
SEND IT!!!!!!!! Tae Bo is about the INSIDE OUT. who is a certified instructor who posts here when she has time, that's her user name on the main boards. Yes, inches and pound loss is great, but that's NOTHING unless you change who YOU are. The stats show that 95% of folks who lose weight, gain all of it back, many gain all of it and then some back. That's because they DIDN'T change their INSIDE!!!!!!! I belive it's the original infomercial from 1999, that's the WHOLE theme. Yes, Tae Bo changed them on the outside (weight and inch loss), but it was the change on the INSIDE that made them be able to change the outside. Tae Bo is much more than just weight loss. If you don't know, Tae Bo means: Total Awareness Excellence Body Obedience Gymmie in Cali The difference between fit and fat is "I" What you eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas isn't as important as what you eat between Christmas and Thanksgiving God loves us in good times and in bad times. But He is even more real in our lives when we are having tough times. Coach Joe Gibbs -- Thinking about sending my story to TaeBo The reason I haven't decided to do so is, my story deals more with the inner half than the outer half, I know they want weight loss stories for the infomercial, and, truth be told, I never thought to take any before and after shots in the past.
