Guest guest
Anyone know why decided to number the moves? I find it more confusing than helpful... the names tell you more about what the move is than a random number... -Mindi TaeBo by the numbers For those who don't have the new tapes, here's a rundown of the numbers you may be seeing in some posts.1. jab2. cross3. hook4. uppercut5. front kick6. roundhouse7. side kick8. back kickJerryAs Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -Visit our new vault site http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/
Guest guest
I know, especially with the studio tapes, people were having a hard time understanding what moves he was talking about. We had people thinking he was telling us to do the "feed bags" and to kick our poodles. The roundhouse and side kicks are really similar, so you have to really pay attention to what he wants you to do. I know I've been confused a few times, thinking we were doing one thing and it was something totally different. Sometimes he'll tell you, other times he won't. So if he says "6", then you know to do a roundhouse. If he says "7", then you know to do a sidekick. I think it makes it easier and clearer to know what's going on. Guest guest
wasnt the reason something about the workouts moving so fast during boot camp for instructors that it was easier for billy to yell out a number instead of a string of words to indicate which move to do? it seems to me that someone has said that in the past but now im not sure. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: Anyone know why decided to number the moves?
