Welcome !!!!!!!!!

Pilates, Yoga and weights are excellent compliments.

The perfect time to do it, is whenever it'll be consistent for you. It doesn't matter if it's morning, noon or night. I've done it at both times and still lost.

I was curious if there are any other forms of exercise that would work great with tae bo?

hey there! My name is and i'm from Ontario, Canada. I have owned tae bo for about 2 years and have been doing it on and off . Recently I decided it was about time to take charge of my life and change my diet, activity level and reduce stress. I find with tae bo it helps relieve stress like crazy. I had been doing yoga, but the gratification at the end of the workout is nothing like tae bo is. I find these tapes make you feel strong and proud because of all the determination it takes to plow through those intense workouts. I'm also on a low carb eating plan that i find is working well.My goal is to do tae bo atleast 3 times a week and tone my arms, stomach and lower body, so pretty much everything needs a face lift a bit lol. I was curious if there are any other forms of exercise that

would work great with tae bo? as well..... do u think it matters if u do tae bo in the morning or at night???? I just found out that with doing tae bo at night u really wanna make sure you wait more than an hour after your meal because i only lasted 20 minutes before i wanted to be sick._________________________________________________________________STOP MORE SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=dept/bcomm & pgmarket=en-ca & RU=http%3a%2f%2fjoin.msn.com%2f%3fpage%3dmisc%2fspecialoffers%26pgmarket%3den-caAs Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -Visit our new vault site http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/

Hi , my name is le and I get called a lot - in

fact, the first time my son answered the phone and it was a

telemarketer asking for " " , he said " No 's live here " .

LOL ;) I didn't start feeling the " burn " with Taebo until I started

lifting weights along with it. But I'm not the average Taeboer either

as I only lost 10 pounds doing Taebo in the first three years of doing

it. In two days, it will be my fifth anniversary - where did the time

go??!!! I'm having a hard time losing weight no matter what I do -

there are so many that all they had to do was Taebo and they firmed,

toned and lost weight. I also exercise at night - it's when my body

is the most limber and it's when I WANT to exercise. It's all in what

you prefer to do. I would try some weight/strength training along

with Taebo and yoga. I think it is a very positive plus no matter

what your workout is. Good luck!

hi rachel! im in ontario too! welcome to the group! it is nice to meet

you here.

when i first started working out i just did taebo... but now i like to do a

bunch of different activities.

in addition to taebo i like to use weights and do aerobic stepping -- the

FIRM's workouts are great!

it doesnt matter when you exercise each day... as long as you do it! so

find the time of day that works best for you. that is the best time.
