Guest guest
Yeah, my thighs are the last place I'm trying to get the weight off of. Everything else is pretty much where I want it to be with the exception of my behind hehe. And a little tiny pudge on my stomach and just a little tiny bit on my arms. My legs are actually pretty muscular feeling underneath the fat..and I'm pretty sure its from doing Tae-Bo. I don't do any weight training..I figured that would make them bulk up even more?? > In a message dated 2/17/04 12:26:50 PM Eastern Standard Time, > sgr_girl@y... writes: > > << My thighs are really thick and im not sure what to do. > I weigh 163 lbs (I used to weigh 220 before I started TaeBo) and I > have about 20 more pounds I'd like to lose. Guest guest
Denisa, Actually, unless you've got a lot of testosterone in your system, it's a myth that weights will make you bulk up... women can work out with the big weights and still get sculpted and toned. I would add some weights to your routine, Tae Bo is cardio and strength, but doing weights is always a good thing to get the fat burning!
