Guest guest
The first time I ever opened one of those packages and it felt like it was going up my nose, I decided it wasn't for me. That's when they first started making it. Does anyone else have these nasal sensations, just when opening an aspartame pkg from two ft away? Re: Re: newbie I buried a dear friend that diet of brain cancer. She was so concerned with her weight that nearly everything she consumed had aspartame in it.... the oncologist even said that it was most likely the cause. I avoid the stuff like the plague now. Guest guest
Hi there, I have done tae-bo on and off for the last few years. I recently started doing it again and started on 6th April. I have done a workout everyday since then even my partner has started to do some of the workouts with me and he really enjoys them! I have around 70lbs to lose and feel that this is the best workout for me (after trying lots of other workouts). I live in Scotland so I don't get as much variety when it comes to tae-bo dvds. Would love to see what the bootcamp set is all about. Have recently managed to get capture the power, flex express and cardio circuit through amazon and ebay. I am on Day 14 on doing tae-bo and hope I can do it everyday for evermore and I think I can find this group really helpful. Vixs

Guest guest
Welcome Carol, Wow jumping into Taebo with a 7 week old! My hat is off to you. I didn't find Taebo until my youngest was 3 YEARS old and I thought that was tough. Just remember to go at your own pace especially now. You probably aren't getting as much sleep as you need and that always affects my workouts. I still am inspired by 's words and I've been listening to him for 6+ years. > > > I am new here and am so very happy to have a group like this for > support. Guest guest
Hi Annie..welcome to our group. The list is very very quiet lately. I'm Sandie..dx'd w/bronchiectasis 2 yrs ago. My primary lung illness is Alpha1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, which, btw, is genetic..bronchiectasis is secondary. I'm also being tested for PH..after suffering from chronic lung illness since 1985, it's taken it's toll on the heart/lung blood exchange. I'm 57. I'm progressing. I have learned to swear by OTC Guafinesin as well as my neb and vest to try and keep my lung secretions as fluid as possible to excrete. Lately, with all the humidity and summer climate, I've developed plugs which have been literally kicking my butt. Sandie in MD A1ATD/Bronchiectasis If you can read this..Thank a TeacherIf you can read this in English..thank a VeteranGet a sneak peak of the all-new AOL.com. Guest guest
Hi, Sandie, I was interested in your comment re guafinisen. I was told recently that this is very good for loosening secretion. How do you buy it? Can you get it by itself or does it have to be included with other medicines. Thanks, >From: Sunniesback55@... >Reply-To: bronchiectasis >To: bronchiectasis >Subject: Re: Newbie >Date: Mon, 16 Jul 2007 09:16:01 EDT > >Hi Annie..welcome to our group.
