I would suspect you may be still too high on it, and need further reductions. I am glad you found a method that works to reduce it, some of her patients are not so lucky. The high temp also seems to go along with high cortisol and you may be a tad too much thyroid as your TSH is very low, and T4 just a tad high which will encourage your body to make RT3. I think I would go to 3 grains and continue lowering the HC slowly. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > Hi Val again, It has been a month since your advice to lower Armour to 180 as I decrease HC which I have done. I have been at 20 HC since 9/25 (two weeks). My temps keep going down.....98.2 three times today and about the same yesterday. Last night I had a cold spell after taking hc before bed and not falling asleep for a couple hours. Today I discovered that I had forgotten to take my 45 armour before bed with it! Is that why I got so cold? The days before that I was hot a lot even tho my temp was not high. I am constantly hungry as well, more today than days before. The other question I would have is if you think my adrenals are really working now? Is that why I can be on 20hc? I am wondering what to expect as I lower from here. Should I do labs again in a week or two? Rt3 again...or wait as I lower hc more. I may need more armour if my temps are low, right? Please comment as to what I should look for. I am scared and excited to think I may get off this merrygoround and wishing all of you were with me. Olyveoil
