Guest guest Posted May 16, 2008 Report Share Posted May 16, 2008 I am applying for Medicaid and SS for both of my daughters. In the past, I applied and was denied due to my husbands income. I talked to someone with SS and they told me that I shouldn't have been denied because SS should have looked at my husbands AGI and not GROSS income as he is self employed.
