Guest guest
the best type of bracelots to get are the ones from MedicAlert, they can be printed iwth anything you wont on them , the hosp will be given a toll free number to call to get pertaninet information about the patient, it is most costly then some of the other ones, but then you give these people your medical history and they keep it on file for when the doctors call about it, it is very good, i had it at one time when i needed immediate use of rest room due to my bladder disease. and had to go NOW or i would pee on myslef. the link is: www.medicalert.org hugs, sharon ---- Iward27663@... wrote: , I looked at this site for bracelets and found nothing. NO HALDOL, NO ATIVAN. Can't stress that enough -- purchase a medical bracelet for your dad that says he's allergic to those meds (you can get one from _http://www.drleonarhttp:/_ (http://www.drleonards.com/) ). Guest guest
Hello all, This is what i have found out so far, and if anyone is interested please email me personally so i can start a list of who and what everyone needs. each special charm we have made i will sell at my cost of $3 each. i am having LBD done in lavendar (color of thistle) on a white back ground , also available will be red crosses on a white back ground to help alert medical personal that this is a medical type bracelet. Allergic to Ativan Allergic to Haldol. High Fall Risk i am still waiting on the price of the starter bracelets, i have a great supplier who normally charges $4 or $5 for this size special charms, and she is willing to help us out and give me a better deal. i told her i would give her a decent size order, which is an order of $100 or more, i can order some for my fleamarket to complete the order if necessary. When i say charms they are not the type that dangle this is like the stretchy watch bands that are linked together and each link is the charm so i replace a regular plain link with a patterened one. she can make any desigin we need her too she makes my disney ones too. i have sold her stuff for over 1 year now and have had ZERO complaints from any of my customers. and i personally have a bracelet with my alleriges and stuff on them so what i need from anyone who wants to order, the following what links you want, and if you have a request for one please tell me i am sure that others will want it too, and she can make just one if it is needed too. again some other suggestions that i just thought of Diabetic HBP *high blood pressure* Orthostatic BP etc. so again email me personally and before i place any order i will let each of you know how much your inidiviual bracelets will cost. *not including shipping * i have a paypal account for those of you taht ebay, and also you can mail me checks no problem. i am excited that someone mentioned it and my little brain realized i could help. hugs to all, PS this bracelets are for anybody i just suggest teh mega which is wide like a mans watchband so it will be noticed by medical personnel. and our loved ones can look at it too and see how pretty their new bracelet its. but if one wants a smaller one like as narrow as a womens bracelot i can do that as well, the charms wont fit as much writing on it or it wont be readable. i have a smaller one personally with MIgraines, allergic to sulpa PCN for penicillin allergy takes ms contin Hypoglycemic Ashtma among a few of mine, and on either side i have a red cross on white background and no fun charms with it, on my other arm i wear my funbracelets, with my disney and pets etc. just wanted to let everyone know, i will hush now, lol hugs, sharon m -- Daugher of Leonard, diag May 2004, had lbd since 1993, had hip surgery from fall 7/05, aspiration pneumonia 7/05 with pulmonary embolyis, had aspiration pneumonia and uti 8/05, died of blood pressure drop on 9/25/05, may he rest in peace with his mom and dad, a smile a day keeps the meanies away
