Need guidance on filing a vaccine injury...

Am a bit lost. It's not every day your child is injured by vaccines.

Well, for us, I guess it is. I now know that my child was vaccine

injured, resulting in ASD. My 3 year deadline is nearing. If I am a 2-

3 months over, do I still have a chance to file a claim? I (not my

doctor) noticed a change around 18 months, do not know what specific

shots were administered. All I have are his medical records on:

chronic, colds, ear infections, emergency room visits (vomiting &

fever-NOT on days when vaccines were administered), tubes in ears. I

have not one doctor saying this is what caused his autism. The

medical field in my region and surrounding are very confident in

autism being 100% genetic. My doctor at the time was very incompetent

and was against getting a diagnosis. Do I have enough proof? I still

need to obtain my medical records as we are obviously switching

doctors, will they hand over to me all of his files or will they only

release them into the hands of his next doctor? Do I need to ask for

very detailed seperate vaccine information, showing manufacturer and

so on? Or should this already be in his files? I'm telling you she is

so resistant and rude, I just want to make sure that I have my bases

covered before placing that phone call. Would appreciate any advice

or guidance. Not having a doctor to back me, scares me that it may

lessen my chances. Also, there must be a specific form to file a

claim, where can I aquire one? Sorry, lots of questions. Just a

determined mother, running out of time...

Thanks so much,

Shauna
