But you're doing it right, logging in those points. Hit the treadmill or however you exercise....that will help too. (((hugs))) Lyn OH MY GOSH I was bad big time yesterday. One of my favorite co-workers is leaving, actually left, and we had a potluck for him. I lost control and managed to stay out of control. I don't even remember how much or what I ate. So I just logged in a new category in my WW log --- CATASTROPHE -- and FIFTY points. I'm now minus 18 points (I had some in the bank). My goal is to get the bank back to ZERO before Monday. And when I feel hungry I plan to remind myself how awful I felt yesterday.
