I'm glad you told us about this. How long will the procedure take?I will be thinking of you.Big hugsKaySent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerrySender: asthma Date: Tue, 1 Feb 2011 09:19:55 -0800 (PST)To: <Asthma >; <LovingAsthmaSupport >ReplyTo: asthma Subject: OT - surgery Hi all. I labeled this off topic, but I am not sure that it is. I have a huge problem with kidney stones. My doctors tell me that in my case prednisone is a culprit. One more lovely side effect. I just would like to ask all of you to think of me tomorrow. I am going under general anesthesia for a procedure to get rid of the stones. They are going up through the bladder with a laser to zap as many as they can get. The placement of my stones rules out the ultrasound procedure. Yay for me! In any case, I will get some immediate relief. However, the anesthesia is worrisome. Especially as I have a bit of conjestion in my lungs already.Madeline
