I have just taken the plunge and bought the $199 ZRT 12 test kit for saliva and "peripheral" blood.

That means you stick your finger. I'm most interested in cortisol. I heard Zava speak recently at the Broda endocrinology conference and got intrigued.

He made a great case for arterial blood not being reliable for hormones, only peripheral blood.

Now, to actually do the test!

The "one thing" I would do beyond anything else is, and even if it meansdragging myself over shards of glass thru a mine field, is to saliva testmy cortisol rhythm and blood test my aldosterone and renin, and then treatmy poor withered and quivering adrenals. That's "one" thing, right?
