Guest guest
I have just taken the plunge and bought the $199 ZRT 12 test kit for saliva and "peripheral" blood. That means you stick your finger. I'm most interested in cortisol. I heard Zava speak recently at the Broda endocrinology conference and got intrigued. He made a great case for arterial blood not being reliable for hormones, only peripheral blood. Now, to actually do the test! Lynne The "one thing" I would do beyond anything else is, and even if it meansdragging myself over shards of glass thru a mine field, is to saliva testmy cortisol rhythm and blood test my aldosterone and renin, and then treatmy poor withered and quivering adrenals. That's "one" thing, right? Check out AOL Money Finance's list of the hottest products and top money wasters of 2007.
