Guest guest
Hi , My name is Tara, 30 as well with 3 kids. My last being born in Oct. I just got under my pre-pregnancy weight and he is 5 months old. I have been doing Tae Bo on a regular basis for a bit over 2 months now. I have lost 11 lbs and about 15 inches (I am breastfeeding and it is super hard to loose the weight!). I would definatly recommend taking measurements! The inches come off a lot faster than the pounds . ANYTHING to keep you motivated! Well anyhow, welcome. Nice to know another 30 y/o with 3 kids. BUSY, BUSY!! Take care, Tara

Guest guest
Hi group, I'm new and thought I had moderate asthma and controlling it until a serious trip to the emergency room told me differently, I'm home now. Recuperating slowly but progressing, Glad to be with a group that understands asthma. donachi39

Guest guest
Hope you win the fight. For the first time in a long time, my asthma is under control. It took an Emergency room visit. I haven't needed my rescue inhaler for a week. I was using it 4-5 times a day. Welcome donachi. You are definitely with a group that understands. I am fighting a trip myself.
