I know they will come in handy this week cause it's going to be "that" time! It's nice to feel a bit of ache, isn't it? I'm weird because I love to look at myself after I work out and see the sweat dripping off of me. That tells me that I really worked out. Of course after not working out for so long, it's taking me more time than I would like to get back to that feeling. Seriously, it hurts to stand up and sit down. I don't know HOW I will get through cardio boot camp Live today. I did ABS Bootcamp yesterday and I know I'll be really hurting tomorrow. My soreness is always worse the second day. It feels good to know that I am working muscles that have been resting far too long, but does it have to hurt so much? LOL.
