Have you tried the WW chocolate cake? They are pretty good, especially when you just want a little taste of chocolate. I know they will come in handy this week cause it's going to be "that" time! It's nice to feel a bit of ache, isn't it? I'm weird because I love to look at myself after I work out and see the sweat dripping off of me. That tells me that I really worked out. Of course after not working out for so long, it's taking me more time than I would like to get back to that feeling.

I think it varies from person to person, but it started as Tae-Bo every day

for 21 days straight. I think some are doing " any form of exercise " every day

for 21 days. It is supposed to help you make exercise a habit :)

I know what you mean! In one way, it's nice to feel sore, but then again, you don't want to be so sore that you can't work out!

Seriously, it hurts to stand up and sit down. I don't know HOW I will get through cardio boot camp Live today. I did ABS Bootcamp yesterday and I know I'll be really hurting tomorrow. My soreness is always worse the second day. It feels good to know that I am working muscles that have been resting far too long, but does it have to hurt so much? LOL.:) As Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -
