Guest guest
Yea Jenn! That's so exciting! Have a great time with these tapes and enjoy the journey! " jcribbs72616 " <jcribbs72616@yah oo.com> To tae-bo_on 03/31/2005 09:33 cc PM Subject I am excited. Please respond to tae-bo_on@yahoogr oups.com I received my taebo tapes in the mail today. It was late in the day so I couldn't exercise as I had to go to bed since I work nights. I am at work now and tomorrow when I get off, I am going to do the intro tape. I am hoping the exercise will eliminate the need for me to take sleeping aids in the daytime in order to rest. I also ordered the billy bands which hopefully should be here in approx 7 more days. I am going to use this when I move to the basic tape. How long should I do the intro tape before moving to the basic. I have read somewhere that I should do the intro for a couple weeks. I can't wait for my muscles to burn...... I am so thrilled. I bought all 4 tapes on ebay in picture perfect condition for 14.95. I have never been happier. When I finish these tape which I know is several months away, I am going to buy the boot camp series. Thanks, Jenn As Deb has said: " Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step. Guest guest
I am glad your tapes have arrived and you can get started! How long to do the intro tapes really depends on you-what condition you are starting in, how coordinated you are, and how you feel. When I first started I had not exercised consistently in the 10 yrs since my first child was born. I went through only half the introductory tape one day, then half the next, and repeated that process for 3 or 4 cycles until I was so bored and excited about getting into the real tapes, that I could not stand it. However, it is a good idea to go back to the intro tape every once in a while, even after you have done tae bo for a long time, to help you improve your technique. Keep us posted...Delana. -----Original Message-----From: jcribbs72616 Sent: Friday, April 01, 2005 12:34 AMTo: tae-bo_on Subject: I am excited.I received my taebo tapes in the mail today. Guest guest
I can already feel a difference in my body. My sides feel firmer already even after only 5 workouts. This is addicting. I also wanted to ask you something. When you first started, did you diet in order to lose the weight or did you rely strickly on the Taebo to reach your goals. Right now I am basically eating what I want for breakfast after my Taebo session which seems to be less. But it usually consists of bran cereal and fruit and I am eating a salad from Mcdonalds for supper at work. I sleep throught the lunch hour due to working the night shift. I have also cut out all sodas and am drinking soy milk and water only. Do you have any suggestions on food items that are low cal but will still be good for me?
