The Mcs salads can be horrible for you, even if you use the light version of the dressings those are usually packed with tons of sugars. And if you get the breaded meat on your salads that is deep fried. I read somewhere that a Mcs salad can be 500 calories and up! If possible use half of the dressing package, skip the meat or if needed get only the grilled version and take the cheese off the salad.

But with that said if all you are eating is 2x a day Mcdonalds & breakfast you really aren't eating enough! You should be trying to eat 5 mini meals a day eating less but more often keeps your metabolism up and helps burn more calories through the day.

If I worked nights, I know my eating, sleeping and exercising would be all screwed up, so I'm pretty impressed you are able to exercise. My only suggestion is that you add more veggies (bring carrot sticks to work for another snack) and try to eat another protein source as well, such as tuna, grilled chicken or turkey breast. Keep sodium low, keep fat low and keep carbs (the bad ones (sugar)) down as well.

Hope this helps. I could probably do a better job helping if I saw a sample menu of your typical day, and if you really are only eating 2x a day, you need to try to eat more often! :) Sometimes when people don't eat enough or often enough thier bodies will go into starvation mode, which will put those calories on your body as fat.

I can already feel a difference in my body. My sides feel firmer already even after only 5 workouts. This is addicting. I also wanted to ask you something. When you first started, did you diet in order to lose the weight or did you rely strickly on the Taebo to reach your goals. Right now I am basically eating what I want for breakfast after my Taebo session which seems to be less. But it usually consists of bran cereal and fruit and I am eating a salad from Mcdonalds for supper at work. I sleep throught the lunch hour due to working the night shift. I have also cut out all sodas and am drinking soy milk and water only.Do you have any suggestions on food items that are low cal but will still be good for me?Thanks, Jenn> > > > > > > > > > > > I will definately be going back and forth to the instructional tape. > > > > > > -- > Be a F.R.O.G . °Ü°> GLYSDI,> Gymmie in Texas> > Compliments of Tae Bo> 2 Hours A Day> 5 Days A Week> > Current Challenges:> *NYNY 2K5> 1st 30 day measurements: lost 12.5 inches> 2nd 30 day measurements: lost 5.5 inches> Goals:> *25 pounds> *15 inches> *One Arm Push Ups> *Greater FlexibilityAs Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first
