Hi a,

Your dose having MS because your body deals with Vitamin E slowly should be

800 iu daily. Your Husband who I suspect is protecting his heart should take

400iu daily.

400 IU's of vitamin E is ideal for ridding toxins in healthy people. For

M.Ser's you need another 400 IU's to help improve your immune system. That

was the advise I was given.
