Now, I say that but am feeling the after effects of an excruciating workout. Let me put it this way, the Bands got dropped halfway through the bands session. If you watch the group working out with you will notice they struggle with some of the exercises as well. This is not to deter anyone from doing this workout. Just a heads up on what to expect. I recommend everyone giving this a shot. I will continue this workout along with the Capture the Power workouts. This way I will feel that all muscle groups and cardio are adequately " punished " to some degree. Please, try this workout. You'll love it!!! Dave > Enjoy, ! In all the videos in which bands are used, there is usually at least one exercise that I cannot handle it. Sometimes I stop for few seconds and other times I drop the bands all together. I will say that Cardio Live is really good but not overwhelming and that is largely because it is only about 30 minutes long. Ultimate bootcamp is the most fun and definitely has more cardio. Did you get Cardio (not the Live version)? That one is just plain old hard to me. I think I might do that one in the morning just because I try to avoid it. The Lower body is truly a good workout! It is rigorous even though we only workout the lower body! Alright, another gets bitten by the bootcamp bug! Great Work, Dave! I figure 1 more month and I should be in much better shape...hopefully. I did get the cardio DVD. I have yet to watch and study it but those days are coming. You go girl with wanting to do the Cardio workout in the morning. I get motivated to do those things I hate as well because I know that once the program is complete more is learned. Just keep the motivation high and the attitude positive. It feels very good coming on this board and being able to yak about certain programs, accomplishments and goals to accomplish.
