CARBOWAX™ PEGs and MPEGs are a family of water soluble linear polymers formed by the addition reaction of ethylene oxide to an ethylene glycol equivalent. FDA told me Miralax PEG is made by Dow. Their desciption of PEG says "addition reaction of ethylene oxide to an ethylene glycol equivalent." See page 4......
