anyone with shortness of breath or breath holdings?

I have not posted for quite a while but my daughter 12 years old is struggling

with breath holdings for the past 2 years, I would appreciate any information

regarding this symptom.

My daughter has been decompressed on june 09 and for the following month......

breath holdings immediately disappeared after decompression and returned after

30 days. Before returning to Chiari Drs. we have decided to treat this

particular symptom as anxiety. Today my daughter will start on anxiety meds an

see how this works.

If you have had a similar symptom, please advice on how to get along with it,

and what meds to look after. I would really appreciate your information.
