anti muscarinic substitute

Hello all

I wondered if anyone has any experience of using either Datura or

Hyoscamus as an alternative to anti muscarinic drugs for urinary

incontinence (this is post op - cholecystectomy) and apparently would

need to be permanent use according to her doctors. Or if anyone has

any other herbal or otherwise suggestions. I have no experience of

either herb so would need some guidance on dosage please.
