Ok -- this person needs to edit this webpage -- it's way too long and

rambling, but the information in it is valuable

http://george-eby-research.com/html/depression-anxiety.html

After you read it I'm hoping you will come to this conclusiion:

There is no such thing as " funtional constipation "

If you can increase the intake of whole foods you may be able to

correct the mineral imbalance, but in many cases you have to

supplement at first in order to 'kick start' things.

I am a strong believer that most people who suffer from constipation

are deficient in magnesium (and possible taurine, potassium,

selenium, etc). The reason I can make this blanket statement is that

a majority of Americans (80% is the commonly used %) are magnesium

deficient.

Now for the success story -- with magnesium, fish oil, D3, K2, and B

& C vitamin blend supplementation the poops have been daily in our

household for several YEARS now. Balancing PH (liverlife) was also

essential. My son was on miralax from age 2yr 8mos until 3 yr 11

mos. He is now 6 1/2 yrs old.

Constipation for him started with the DTaP vaccination at 8 weeks of

age.

Hope this helps.

As Jeanie, , Jennie, Bonnie and many other experienced Mom's

on this board can attest - there isn't a one size fits all, but there

are some things that have worked for most of us.
