yeast infection in skin folds

Hi

I have been approached by the local diabetic management team to work with their

clients who are diabetes type II, morbidly obese with yeast infections.

I am comfortable in the treatment of the yeast internally and with diet changes

but I have never cared for clients with yeast in skin folds.

I am thinking of the use of powdered anti-fungals mixed with slippery elm into

a talc, but worried this may lead to a build up of residue causing further

irritation.

How do others approach this issue?

Thanks in advance
