Guest guest
Hi Piper, good to see you here too. How have you been keeping? Guess your like me then in thinking you've not spent enough time on the board of late. I made a concious decision to make time each day before or after work to look in and reply as often as i can. I sometimes forget what my LBD journey was like even though it ended nearly four yeays ago but being here reminds me of little things that i'd forgotten and sometimes they make me sad other times i can have a belly laugh.Talking to you, Sandie, Donna, peggy etc makes me think of all the times i came here screaming 'HELP' and was promptly helped or given something to smile about. I've been going over the funnies in my head lately thinking of our LO's and some of their antics, how they made us laugh and how they made us cry. Was thinking this morning about when i came to the board to ask why my granda had 'three' men living in a crack in his wall and insisted on feeding them as well as himself. Poor soul couldn't understand why his shopping bill was so high or why he was putting on so much weight. We had no choice but to cook four meals every day as he would get so upset that his 'visitors' weren't being fed. We eventually had to move some furniture in front of the crack in the wall and tell him the men had moved on only for him to tell us a few days later that they had moved into his bedroom!!!!ARRGGHH!! Memories! Well i'll speak to you soon or i'll be writing all night...LOL... .xx OT Hi, , It is so great to see your posts here! You always make me laugh! I have not been very active in the group as of late either, and am trying to get more involved again. It is always good to see a message from an " old friend " ( not that we are old, or anything!) I look forward to catching up on things. Hugs, Piper ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
Guest guest
I have recently joined a group that is new. I joined due to my sons hirschsprungs diagnoses. The moderator stated that others with no HD diagnoses is welcomed, such as psheudo obstruction issues, motility issues, those leary about there child having holding issues(commen misdiagnoses in HD's/some motility dx's) etc. This could be an added nice group for some! http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/hd-usa/ Jennie<><
