Guest guest
FYI - This is just a puree of raisins, dates and prunes. It's basically equivalent to eating dried fruit. > > > > Hi all, > > > > I have to say....I really think this Fruit-Eze is actually working. > > My daughter just pooped tonight, which makes 3 days in a row....AND.. ..she has NEVER done this. Guest guest
How are you all getting your kids to eat this? Of course my non-constipated kid loved it and came back for more, my constipated kid threw a complete tantrum. I finally just put it in her yogurt and left it on her table, who knows if she'll try it or not. Hopefully my non-constipated kid will be willing to scarf down the rest of the rather expensive tub! > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > I have to say....I really think this Fruit-Eze is actually working. > > > My daughter just pooped tonight, which makes 3 days in a row....AND.. ...she has NEVER done this. Guest guest
My daughter is not a picky eater...she is a NON eater. I put it on her PBJ's, and dip it in cut up chicken, I put it on a spoon with oatmeal, or she will just eat it off of the spoon. I got lucky I guess. The very first time she tasted it she said it was really sweet. I think it's a little sweet and tart, but so far so good, I just ordered two more tubs, the 1st is almost gone. Keep trying it. As I said...I dip it in everything, and she doesn't seem to mind. I tell her it's poop medicine, and she understands it is helping her poop. Good luck... Guest guest
I just explained to him that this is hiw new medicine and he MUST take it! At first....he did not like it but he realized it was what was helping him poop so now he takes it daily without struggle. He fussed maybe the first week but after several weeks it's become part of his daily supplement routine and he will eat it straight off the spoon. I give two teaspoons daily at this time. I would keep trying! At some point they will take it! Guest guest
I put it with a small amount of full-fat yogurt and feed it to him. Each time he takes a spoonful, I give him a jelly belly. We do three spoonfuls so he gets three jelly bellys. He never gets candy so it's a pretty nice treat and the yogurt seems to help mask the taste enough that he'll eat it. > > > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > > > I have to say....I really think this Fruit-Eze is actually working. > > > > My daughter just pooped tonight, which makes 3 days in a row....AND.. ...she has NEVER done this. Guest guest
Marg, I'd call kirkman, they make all the stuff for people with sensitivities, I think you would work well with xylitol..................maybe you could try the chewable probiotic with xylitol again, but at a very low dose. The fact that it gave you a change last time, tells me you were probably on to the problem, it needs to clean itself out................... Guest guest
Wow....you are having a hard time. How many days has it been?? My daughter has gone 8-9 days the longest I think?, and she is miserable. I hope something happens soon. Although it is trumatic for our daughter,we have used the Pedia-Lax many times to get things moving, and then she is thankful that we did. Maybe this is what you need to get your child started, and seeing some improvement wth the fruit-eze and other suff you are trying. I forget....How old is your child? PS ...even now....my daughter is 3 1/2 and has never said that she needs to poop. It just happens when we take her to use the potty. She is a TOTAL with-holder.
