Guest guest Posted September 29, 2001 Report Share Posted September 29, 2001 2 large carrots, thinly sliced 2 small onions, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 3-lb. can fat-free chicken broth 1/2 small green cabbage, diced 1 can green beans 2 Tb. tomato paste 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 medium zucchini, diced 1 Tb. parsley Spray a large saucepan or Dutch oven with nonstick spray and set over low heat. Add carrots, onion, and garlic and saute 6-8 minutes. Add all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. I got this recipe from Weight Watchers magazine (Jan/Feb 2001) It doesn't say anything about counting points if you eat more than one serving so that is up to you. Enjoy! Hugs.
