Guest guest
Hello, group! I have been doing Tae-bo off and on for about 3 years now and I really love it. I'm ready to start again, so I'm kicking the kids out and making my basement my work out room. I hope to find some good advice and encouragement from this group as well as give some. Guest guest
Celeste, If your asthma management plan is working and you have a stress management program in place you may be just fine with this class load. My college roommate was a physical education major and kinesiology isn't an easy class. Perhaps if your psychologist feels you should take it a little slower, that would be best. I can remember facing a challenging college program and I know that it is intimidating. Then to add the asthma problems too...it's a lot to deal with, but only you can decide how much is too much. I do wish you the best of luck however you decide to proceed. JoAnn in California
Guest guest
hi Joan, thanks for the advice! yes I was intimidating, now I´ve decided to take just one class, to see how I am feeling with it. Here we can give the final exam even if we hadn´t been taking that class so I´ll see how I feel and then I´ll take those exams. thanks! > > Celeste, > > If your asthma management plan is working and you have a stress management program in place you may be just fine with this class load.
