Guest guest
Colleen, Take care of your PF. It does get better over time if you take care of it. I know how you are feeling. I sprained my ankle three weeks ago falling off my Bosu (did anyone mention this could be detrimental to ankles). This morning it hurts more then it did two days ago. No cardio and my waist is showing each day off. Poo! I had just gotten into a groove again and then this. Sure slows me down. You'll feel better soon. I know that some swear by stretching your feet in the morning before you even considering getting out of bed. Do a google search or try WebMD and you will find lots of good hints. Some recommend cortisone shots but I never did that and now my heels feel great (with the help of inserts). Hedy
