I'm sure you will enjoy this workout. Although when I first tried it in Summer 2001 I was a bit disappointed after reading all the hype, I soon came to realize how great this workout is. It is difficult for me to remember everything in it, I can recognize very easily, but remembering from scratch is tough. Others can probably do a better job. Perhaps one of everyone's favorite parts of this workout is when the "Stomp" song comes on (not certain on the actual title of the song). You'll find yourself working out at an elevated pace, probably singing at times, and rather disappointed when the workout ends. haha. I love the workout because although it is a good challenge, it sorta seems "easy" because the music and workout is so much fun. This video is about as fun as being at Disneyland! Hope this helps a little and I hope your VCR is operational again soon.

Hey , I noticed you posted recently about Taebo Live, Vol. 7 and said you liked it alot. What makes you say that? I just got that one in the mail but my VCR is out of order until I can get my husband to fix it!! How is the music on it? It's driving me crazy not being able to watch it and its staring at me like that! Can you give me a review on it? Thanks!! M.

I don't know how to describe it either, it's just so much fun!!!!!!!! The songs on there, make you really get into it (not as much as Stomp, but they do). Why couldn't they have taped THAT one when I was down there?!?!?!?!?!?! But I just love that workout. jewelpoltz@... wrote:
