WW Friends Here it is (the Corrected one):

I have done this diet the past and have lost 7 lbs

EACH time but the third day is a killer one to be good

on....USE all your strength--it will be worth it!!

I am doing this to get a jumpstart on my weightloss

efforts...will do 3 day diet/4 days WW and that for a

total of two weeks.

*You must eat ONLY exactly what is listed and the

exact proportions listed....NO substitutions as this

Diet claims that this is all based on the chemistry of

the foods and how they interact on a molecular

level......as a reason why each MUST be included.
