EO, rosmarinic acid and herpes simplex

I'm renaming this branch of the thread now, in the hope of further

useful discussion on the topic.

That's interesting Chris.... Why is it that I observe a clear benefit

from the use of melissa EO?

A brief google tells me that rosmarinc acid is soluble in most

organic solvents. I don't know enough about distillation of EOs, but

I'm wondering why rosmarinic acid is not available in the EO.

And if rosmarinic acid is in other herbs (rosemary and oregano, I

know of) can tinctures of these herbs also be used to treat herpes

simplex?

Your oil preparation looks lovely, thanks for sharing it.
