Guest guest
Stan makes a comment in the video about how these children have swollen necks. This resonates with the Dr. Moulden microvascular stroke theory. I'm also reminded of how my child was slurring some of his speech when he first got sick. --penumbra > > > > Hi Everyone. > > > > My 3 yr 1 month old son was diagnosed yesterday with ASD. Guest guest
Dear Jodi I was very sad to read your post! I remember when my son was diagnosed 4 yrs ago It is the most confusing time.....depressing......isolating I would research anything that I was going to try. Please feel free to email me off board.....I can help support you! If it were me I'd get busy with biomedical......find a good dan dr- most that are out of state will do phone consults..... you can get great reccomendations on this board I would start the diet (do it right to get a true gauge if it's working-it's tough to do it right) FInding the right DAN dr is key-I tried a few before I found someone I trust. The window you have now at this age is the one to take advantage of....... I know for my son I never wanted to look at him when he was older and wonder what would have happened if I had tried biomed when he was young. Your child may get better/worse as time goes by. My son is not the same as he was when he was diagnosed at age 18 mths I think taking a well researched, proactive step makes the most sense! The people on this board can shorten your learning curve...... Let me know if I can help Love in NJ Mom to Rocco ASD
