claritiin and other anti-histimines

Sometimes my allergies are so bad I have to take

2 generic claritin, the advice of my allergist

1 generic zyrtec

and then 2  25mg of benadryl

Thankfully our growing season is over with now.

I take it about an hour before dinner,

I used to be able to skip days,

but for a while now, my body wants it every day,

if that makes any sense.

Its ok, though, it is a good medication.
