Guest guest
I take the same muscle relaxer. It takes a while to get use to and I know that feeling you described very well. But give it some time to work. It has helped me more than any other muscle relaxer and decreased the muscle spasams greatly. Hang in there! My neuro said as so many nuero's do...my symptoms are not Chiari related. big surprise! So my symptoms were Chiari related prior to decompression but since " I've been fixed " they are not???? What a bunch of crap!! I has memory issues, sleep disruption, dizzy spells, severe neck and shoulder pain before but now it's something new? Whatever! All i can tell you all is that i will be scheduling a new MRI within 2 to 3 weeks to find out what this NEW mystery problem is and in the mean time they drew blood and I am now taking TIZANIDINE HCL for a muscle relaxer and to help me sleep. I took one last night and slept hard for about 1 and a half hours then woke up feeling so drugged and my body felt very heavy!! i was awake for pretty much the rest of the night. I think my shoulders do feel a little better but hard to tell. As far as my memory issues, we will see what the MRI says and go from there. I will keep you all posted. Any questions feel free to ask.
