Well, I got up today and worked out after a 4-day break (FORCED myself out of

bed). It is sooo much harder for me after a day or two off then if I had been

tae-boing for a week straight or whatever. Didn't enjoy my workout much

either. I'm hoping tomorrow I will have a better one and my energy level will

be back up. You'd think with this time change, that it would help, but I feel

MORE tired!! LOL..
