Guest guest
Okay, saw PCP who is not open to armour. Also saw an integrative doc my shrink sent me to who dx occult hypo and/or 's syndrome. Explains why the t-3 is helping me. Have another appt with shrink. What labs should I ask her for blood wise. Already have Free t-3, free t-4 and TSH Plan to ask for blood antibodies, and ferritin. Is there a test for RT3?? Am doing a bunch of reading on the 's thing. Seems like it's one of those DX where people (patients) think it's wonderful or the disease doesn't exist. All I know is I'm using PS, Rhodiola, Ashwaganda, Holy Basil and T-3 and am having more energy and less pain. As much as I want NO DRUGS, I'm not gonna be stupid. One odd symptom going on. My systolic bp staying steady at about 120 diastolic is jumping up to high 80's This just started past couple days. Was high at my docs who I love. Was nice normal and low at new doc and at gyn appt. Only thing I can think different is I've been using sea salt instead of Celtic sea salt. Am dropping all vitamins except C for now, and will slowly add back in. I'm thinking that some brands of the herbs are not as effective as others. Going to go back to Gaia Holy Basil and organic Ashwaganda. My Rhodiola is NSI from vita cost...... ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I just thought, I don't think I've taken my Seriphos for past couple days.... What say ye all.... KC in AZ, going to my first (it's free) ChiGong class, a milder form of yoga type stuff. THe TuiNa (chinese massage) folks really recommend it for everyone, and me especially. You do need ot have a Free t3 that was done near the same time to find the ratio of RT3 to T3 as thta is what is telling and important.
