Lab question on leukocytes

Hi,

" Repeat urinalysis reveals leukocytes reaction for large. " This does

not sound grammatically correct and I listened carefully to see if there

was anything else at the end but there is not. Do you think the

sentence could be restructured to sound better?

Different labs have different procedures for reporting results: some

use qualitative (Negative, 1+, 2+, 3+, etc.), and some use a system

such as this, in which the reaction is judged to be one of: negative,

trace, small, moderate, or large. If one is not familiar with the

system, one should not attempt to re-phrase " large " as any other

word which might " sound " better.
