Feel free to butt in! Congrats on going from 50 to 20! :)

In all honesty, I cannot take too much of a higher doses in AM,

either, but I don't like to tell people this because I always think I

am the exception instead of the rule. :)

My doses DO get smaller as the day wears on, with not much at all in

the evening, but the AM and afternoon doses (I dose every 2-3 hours,

at least right now while I'm weaning) are fairly constant. Otherwise

I would feel really jacked in the AM and just awful in the

afternoons. When I was on a smaller dose, the 4 times a day with

highest AM did seem to work, but I DID go low cortisol at night, so

maybe it was actually NOT working. When I get down to my regular

dose, I will have to experiment.

So as Val said, whatever works!!
