Guest guest
Crissy, every workout counts, you did wonderful.... workout report Today I only did 15 minutes of tae bo. I have a nasty headache and after a few minutes I started feeling light headed. It is frustrating to take a step backwards! ARGGGHH! Guest guest
hi crissy! this is an interesting comment that you have made. are you doing any of billys advanced workouts? because if you can comfortably do that 8 min workout then you are ready to give advanced a go! i think that billy says that the 8 min workouts are at the advanced level... id say they are more intermediate ::shrug:: *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: > I did a Tae bo 8 minute workout today. Guest guest
Carolyn, No, I only have the original basic and original 8 minute. I am going to order some more, I am still deciding which ones to get. The basic still kicks my butt (and legs and and abs) but the 8 minute just doesn't push me as much. I like to do the 8 min first (because it gets my heart rate up faster)then do part of the basic (because it makes my muscles burn). I think I am ready for the advanced, I just have to order it. Guest guest
Charlotte, Hope you are feeling better!! Good for trying the workout and also for knowing your limits. I think that was the hardest thing for this stubborn girl. I'd push and push and push and end up making things worse!! Guest guest
Hi y'all Hope everyone is having a good weekend! I have been sick and I had to take a course of antibiotics, so I am really behind on my workouts. My new tapes arrived yesterday- taebo II get ripped. I put the basic in this morning and did 25 minutes. WOW. It really kicked my butt! My energy level has been really low, since I have been sick, and I haven't been exercising which always gives me more energy, but I still thought I should be able to finish the basic video. I have enjoyed reading all of your posts, they are so encouraging. Crissy
