Hi Cate, My detethering was done by Dr. Ragheb, of Miami Children's Hosp. He is also on the staff at U. of Miami and I was referred to him by Dr. Barth Green. Dr. G also does detetherings (adults), but he ended up referring me to Dr. Ragheb for the detethering, and then Dr. G did my fusion a year later. Both are great ns, but I had a very difficult time getting that first appt. I did self-refer to Dr. G, but it took almost 2 months for me to get the first appt.
