I missed the original post. A challenge? Could someone explain it again

please. I'd like to participate :)

What we're doing is aiming to get to either 50 workouts by Dec. 31st or 100 by

February 28th. Looks like most are going for the 50, so we'll probably do that.

We're starting on November 1st. It doesn't have to be all Tae Bo workouts if

you don't want. If you enjoy other workouts, that's fine.

We're also doing our Wednesday Ab Challenge. Where you do Abs & Glutes every

Wednesday. If Wednesday doesn't workout for you, that's fine, any day will do.

If you don't have Abs & Glutes, any workout with a lot of ab work will suffice.

Count me in as well. But I will aim for 100 workout challenge!

I'm usually just a lurker, but I'd love to do the 100 challenge. I have been so inspired by you guys. Also, just wanted to share that since july I have lost 3 inches on my waist.
