Guest guest
hi margaret! make a real effort to not grip the floor with your toes but really, yes i do think that it is your shoes. i got sore feet too when i started to do taebo -- as soon as i bought a new pair of shoes my feet stopped hurting. they dont have to be expensive but do keep them for doing cardio workouts only. keep the ones that you are wearing now for wearing on the street or for doing other types of workouts that dont require good, new shoes (like strength training or pilates or something like that). *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada RE: > Hi everybody. Guest guest
When I first started Taebo I remember specifically the arches of my feet hurting so badly. I remember thinking....oh my gosh...I woke up the muscles in my feet that I never knew I had before! Giggle.... Also...it could be your shoes. For kickboxing the best style shoe to go with is a cross training shoe. The reason for that is because it has a wider base and it is meant for you to move in all directions. Unlike the runner shoes...that are designed for mostly forward and back movement. Does that make since? Anyhoo...just wanted to throw that at you. I do hope that helped!
