Guest guest
Hi, Your little boy is sure getting a lot of support! Great job with the diet! I predict the candidase is going to supercharge the Fluconazole. We had a huge regression for about week when we added Candex. Now we give Candex one hour before breakfast, every day. We also have Nystatin on board (.450 ml 3x day). Our kid was super yeasty. Have you considered Methy-B12? Our DAN! doc told us not to use TMG with Methy-B12. I _highly_ recommend hard chamber HBOT. --penumbra > > I have been giving my son Kirkmans DMG 1/2 cap for a few months now and I don't see much gain at all from it. Guest guest
Hi My son is not much younger than yours : ) Have you tried kirkmans vitamin c hypoalergenic buffered? Its easier on the tummy. We also had huge gains with GF/CF. My son acts up on calcium and we found he is high in it from his blood work. I was so worried he would be low..It sounds like your doing great. We also use glutathione but the cream. Will your son take cod liver oil? This was another big for us. We started DMG a few weeks ago and didnt see anything much so I slowly upped the dose and he was more vocal ( so far 3 days ) what brand are you using? 38 and Mom to threeTasha 23..new Mommy ( means I am a Grammy )Casey-Mae 13..sweet as pieElijah 2.. Guest guest
Hi , yes we are giving cod liver oil nordic naturals 1/2 teaspoon daily. The DMG we are using is Kirkmans but only 1/2 cap per day the last time I did an increase he seemed off so I went back to half a cap. Maybe it was not DMG related. My guy is small, about 24-25 pounds. I will look into kirkman hypo allergenic vitmen c. Guest guest
Hi I think with DMG, being its a methyl donor, some kids react negatively if they are over methylaters..Just like with Mb12. How long ago did you start your little guy on mb12? If it wasnt that long ago, it might be just that he is still adjusting to better methylation? Just a thought. The first few times I gave my son DMG he either got a tiny bit hyper or it didnt seem to do anything. Then I read some kids need small doses through out the day. I use Food Science of Vermont liquid which we really like. It is pricey but 1 ml is 300 mg. I bought it thinking if it didnt work, I could use it. Its great for the immune system. So I have been giving 100mg in the am, noon, and again at like 4 pm. I am also thinking next time trying this product to add http://www.fslabs.com/vitamins-supplements/behavior-balance-dmg.php ... buffered c was much better tolerated by my little guy. Worth a shot vitamin c is such a good supplement : ) 38 and Mom to threeTasha 23..new Mommy ( means I am a Grammy )Casey-Mae 13..sweet as pieElijah 2.. Guest guest
about the vitamin c he might be developing oxalates from it. it can happen when you have a leaky gut. I too was doing high doses of vit. C and my kid would start flapping and he was obviously in a lot of pain. I dropped it and went on a low oxalate diet for a while and that helped tremendously to dump excess oxalate. > > > > I have been giving my son Kirkmans DMG 1/2 cap for a few months now > and I don't see much gain at all from it.
