Guest guest
I did the Tae-bo 2 B Purple tape this afternoon. (step, kick, touch your toe, down) I'm proud of myself because I do better working out in the morning yet I still did it. Gotta keep pushing the water though. Guest guest
Great job! That's the same tape I did yesterday! I'm off now to make some kind of spreadsheet so I can remember which ones I've done this challenge. My own challenge to myself is to do each one at least once. Guest guest
I have all my listed and I check off when I do them. But I found one that I checked off, but never updated my notes. So I have to do that one again. My goal, is to always do everyone once too. I have my favorites, that I know I'd do nothing of if I didn't keep track. Colleen Meacham wrote: Great job! Guest guest
An easy way I found to keep up with what I've done is simply to move them from the " up " position to the " side " position as I've done it. They are all stacked in a book case so it's easy to tell at a glance what's been done, and what needs to be done. When completely done, I simply reverse it. Put it up when I'm done. I hope that makes sense. " Housework is so tedious. You do the dishes, make the beds, and three weeks later you have to do it all over again. " Unknown -- Re: 3 of 50! Guest guest
That wouldn't work for me. I don't use my originals. I have like 4-5 workouts on a single tape and they're not all in order. Plus even if I used the originals, I wouldn't be able to do that easily with the TV workouts, since I have 4-5 on a single tape. And I don't do my workouts in any particular order. I go over my notes and see what a particular workout is like and make a decision based on that. Sometimes, I'll be in a "mood" for a certain workout. Like if I hear a song on the radio, then I'll want to do that workout. But most of the time, I pretty much look at my notes and see what I'm in the mood for. Do I want an "easy" day or do I want kicking my butt for an hour, ya know. Guest guest
I could probably do something like that with my tapes. The only problem is that I have over 100 video tapes all squished onto three shelves off a small bookshelf. But I could probably rotate them up one shelf or something. Thanks for the idea!
